Doll Specifications
 
Lady Grace is an antique reproduction doll.
The original was a life sized head and breastplate designed by Bru for use as a mahnequin.
The arms and body design were done by a modern doll artist who also created the molds made from the original bust.  
Lady Grace has a poseable head on a full breastplate, porcelain lower arms, and a choice of cloth feet (original doll) or porcelain lower legs.
The body has a sewn joint at the hips, and the legs are jointed at the knee, so the doll may be posed either seated or standing.
Electrical wire armature in the arms, so they may be posed.
Ready to dress dolls come with a wooden stand with a dowel.
18 inch doll has a head circumference of 7 inches, and takes a10mm eye.
The 27 inch doll has a head circumference of 10 ½ inches and takes an 18mm eye.
The 36 inch doll has a 13 inch head, and uses 22/24mm eyes.
Dolls are poured in white slip, and painted with washes.
Seven paint firings are done on each head.
